The current situation with COVID-19 is unprecedented. Kalvesta Implement is continually monitoring this situation to provide a safe environment for our customers, employees, and partners.

We know that your operations can't stop running, so we are committed to doing everything we can to serve you during this challenging time. In order to do this, we have chosen to take precautionary measures and implement new policies to protect everyone's health and safety.

Below are some of the solutions we are currently implementing. This situation is ever changing. Therefore, we will consistently be revisiting these policies and updating them as needed. Please check back frequently to get the most up to date information.

  • We are cleaning and disinfecting high traffic areas regularly.
  • All employees who have exhibited cold symptoms, traveled to a restricted area, or been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 have been asked to stay home.
  • Our upcoming in-person events have been moved to a videoconferencing format. This includes our upcoming Gleaner Combine Clinic. Additional details will be sent out at a later date.
  • We have restricted lobby access to essential employees only. All customers have been asked to utilize our online or curbside services rather than coming inside. These services include:
    • Parts requests can be submitted online by clicking here or via phone by speaking to our parts associates at 620-855-3567. We would be happy to ship your parts directly to you. If you elect to pick your parts up from the dealership, please call us when you arrive, and our staff will load the parts into your vehicle for you. For your convenience, we have uploaded a selection of parts books for you here.
    • Our website has a variety of helpful sales forms. You can inquire about piece of equipment, value a trade-in, discuss financing options, and more. These forms are sent directly to our sales staff who will contact you promptly. You are always welcome to reach out to our sales staff directly via phone and email as well.
    • Service requests can be submitted online here or by contacting our service staff at 620-855-3567.
